This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the DOGE/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the DOGE/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/DOGE_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance DOGE/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, the event is priced as a binary contract where traders buy or sell shares representing "Up" or "Down" outcomes. The current probability of each outcome is reflected in the share price, ranging from 0 to 1 (or 0% to 100%). Liquidity and trading volume on Polymarket determine the tightness of spreads and the ease of entry or exit. As the resolution date approaches, prices typically converge toward certainty, and the market becomes more sensitive to breaking news or price action in the underlying Dogecoin spot market.
The market resolves at Jun 8, 2026. Resolution is determined by Dogecoin's price direction at that specific moment. Traders should monitor the exact reference price and time zone to understand how the outcome will be measured. The binary structure means only one outcome will occur: either the price moves up or it moves down from the reference point. Clarity on the settlement source and methodology is essential for traders planning their positions and exit strategies.
Dogecoin price action is sensitive to broader crypto market sentiment, Bitcoin movements, social media catalysts, and macroeconomic news. Regulatory announcements, exchange listings, or major partnerships could trigger sharp directional moves. On-chain metrics like whale transactions or exchange inflows may signal accumulation or distribution. Meme-driven rallies or celebrity endorsements have historically moved Dogecoin significantly. Traders should monitor crypto news feeds, technical support and resistance levels, and correlation with major indices to anticipate volatility leading up to the June 8 resolution window.
