This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the DOGE/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the DOGE/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/DOGE_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance DOGE/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary contract where traders buy and sell shares representing either the Up or Down outcome. Each share trades between 0 and 1 based on the probability traders assign to that outcome. Prices update in real time as orders flow in, and the current market price directly reflects the implied probability. Liquidity and trading volume on Polymarket determine how easily you can enter or exit positions at competitive rates.
The market resolves on Jun 5, 2026. At that time, Dogecoin's price direction will be assessed to determine whether the Up or Down outcome has occurred. The specific price reference point and comparison method are defined by the market's resolution criteria, which ensure a clear, objective settlement. Once the outcome is confirmed, all winning positions are paid out and the market closes.
Several catalysts could influence Dogecoin's price direction by June 5, 3AM ET. Broader cryptocurrency market movements, Bitcoin price action, and macroeconomic sentiment often drive altcoin volatility. Dogecoin-specific developments such as exchange listings, social media trends, or community announcements can trigger sharp moves. Regulatory news, stablecoin policy changes, or shifts in retail trading interest may also impact the outcome. Monitoring on-chain activity and market sentiment will help you anticipate potential price swings.
