This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the DOGE/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the DOGE/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/DOGE_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance DOGE/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, the Dogecoin Up or Down - June 3, 7AM ET event is priced as a binary outcome contract where traders buy and sell shares representing either an up or down move. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the aggregate of all trader positions and recent transaction activity. Prices move continuously as new orders flow in, allowing traders to enter or exit positions at market rates. Higher prices indicate stronger trader conviction toward that outcome, while lower prices suggest skepticism or hedging activity.
Several catalysts could influence Dogecoin's price direction by June 3. Broader crypto market sentiment, Bitcoin price movements, and macroeconomic data releases often drive altcoin volatility. Social media trends and community announcements can amplify Dogecoin's momentum. Regulatory news affecting cryptocurrencies, changes in exchange listings or trading pairs, and shifts in retail investor interest may also impact price action. Monitoring on-chain metrics, whale wallet movements, and correlation with major indices can help traders anticipate directional moves ahead of the resolution snapshot.
