The Dogecoin-to-Dollar exchange rate will be evaluated using a 60-second average of the CF Benchmarks real-time index taken just before 5 PM EDT on June 11, 2026, tracking performance across ascending decimal price thresholds.
Resolution is based on the simple average of sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Dogecoin Real-Time Index (DOGEUSD_RTI) collected before 5 PM EDT on June 11, 2026. Each outcome corresponds to a specific price threshold, with resolution to Yes if the average exceeds the threshold value (e.g., above $0.0049999 for the $0.005 or above outcome, above $0.0099999 for $0.01 or above, continuing through higher price levels up to $0.175 or above). CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index is the authoritative price source, not alternative sources like Google or Coinbase. The final official value is calculated as the simple average of all 60 RTI prices collected in the final minute before 5 PM EDT.
Prediction market odds on Kalshi reflect aggregated trader expectations about Dogecoin's price at the exact resolution moment. These odds often diverge from current spot prices on cryptocurrency exchanges because they incorporate forward-looking sentiment, macroeconomic forecasts, and event catalysts expected between now and June 2026. Analysts and on-chain observers may publish separate price targets or technical forecasts; comparing those views to Kalshi odds reveals whether the prediction market is pricing in more bullish or bearish outcomes than consensus estimates. This gap can highlight underpriced or overpriced scenarios.
On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Kalshi, Dogecoin price outcomes are structured as discrete price brackets or ranges, with each outcome assigned an implied probability based on order-book depth and trader positioning. Participants buy or sell shares corresponding to their belief about where Dogecoin will trade at 5pm EDT on June 11, 2026. The platform's matching engine determines prices dynamically as new orders arrive. Kalshi's regulatory framework and liquidity conditions shape how tightly these outcome prices cluster, influencing the cost of taking directional exposure to Dogecoin's price movement over the next 18+ months.
The market resolves on Jun 11, 2026, marking the official settlement time. At that moment, the actual Dogecoin price at 5pm EDT on June 11, 2026 is determined, and the winning outcome category is confirmed. Traders holding shares in the correct price bracket receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. The resolution process is final once the reference price is locked in, and all open positions are settled according to the outcome rules established at market creation.
Dogecoin price movements over the next 18 months could be driven by major cryptocurrency market rallies or crashes, regulatory announcements affecting meme coins or crypto broadly, and shifts in retail investor sentiment on social media. Macroeconomic factors such as Federal Reserve policy, inflation trends, and risk appetite in equities often correlate with crypto volatility. Technical developments in blockchain adoption, competitor coin launches, and celebrity or institutional endorsements have historically moved Dogecoin significantly. Bitcoin's price action typically influences altcoin markets, so BTC momentum is a key signal to monitor through June 2026.
