Description

This market will resolve based on Csquare's market capitalization at the closing price on its first day of trading. As of market creation, the IPO is scheduled to price on July 16 (ET). If no such IPO occurs by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to "No IPO before September 2026". Market capitalization expresses the monetary value of a company’s outstanding shares, stated in its pricing currency. It is calculated as the total number of outstanding shares, multiplied by the official closing share price of the publicly traded class on the first trading day. If necessary, to accurately capture the company’s total market capitalization, rather than a stock-class-specific market capitalization, the calculation will include all outstanding share classes and apply any stated conversion ratios to the publicly traded class. Where no conversion right exists, such shares will be counted at their stated outstanding amount without discount, unless official filings explicitly specify differently. The number of outstanding shares will be determined from official company filings or disclosures (e.g., SEC filings). The closing share price on the first trading day will be determined from the primary exchange’s official listing page. If the relevant value falls exactly between two brackets, this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. The primary resolution source for this market will be official company filings and the primary exchange’s official listing page. The market capitalization will be determined through appropriate calculation using the total outstanding shares and the closing price from the first day of trading. In the event of an interruption in the normal trading session on the specified company’s first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that day as the first day of trading for the purposes of this market.

Frequently asked questions

On Polymarket, the Csquare IPO valuation market dashboard tracks real-time odds and historical price movements for where Csquare's closing market capitalization will land on its IPO day. The dashboard displays current trading activity, allowing you to monitor how prediction market participants are pricing different valuation ranges. You can view volume of $1,935 across all outcomes, along with 24-hour volume of $1,781, giving you a sense of market depth and recent trader interest in this outcome.

Prediction markets and traditional analyst forecasts approach valuation differently. Analysts typically issue price targets and fair-value estimates based on financial models and comparable company analysis, while this market aggregates real-money bets from traders who profit or lose based on actual IPO outcomes. Prediction market odds often reflect forward-looking consensus that incorporates late-breaking information, investor sentiment, and deal dynamics that may not yet appear in published research. Comparing the two can reveal where market participants diverge from Wall Street consensus.

This market resolves around Jul 16, 2026, once Csquare's IPO closing market capitalization becomes verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by the official closing valuation reported on the IPO day itself. Traders holding shares in the correct valuation bracket at resolution will receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. Resolution timing depends on when the IPO actually closes and final market data is published.

Several catalysts could shift odds before resolution. Changes to Csquare's financial guidance, updates on customer growth or product milestones, and broader market conditions affecting comparable IPOs can all influence trader sentiment. Competitor announcements, regulatory developments, or macroeconomic shifts may also impact investor appetite for the company's valuation. As the IPO date approaches, roadshow feedback, analyst initiations, and pre-market pricing signals typically drive significant repricing. Real-time news flow and peer company performance remain key drivers of movement in this market.
