This market compares the price changes of Bitcoin and gold. This market will resolve to “YES” if the “Open” price of the TradingView (https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=PYTH%3ABTCUSD%2FPYTH%3AXAUUSD) 1-day candle for BTC/XAU is strictly greater than 15.216030 on June 29, 2026. Otherwise, the market will resolve to “NO”. Resolution will occur during June 29, 2026 UTC. If, for any reason, the required 1-day “Open” price at the specified time cannot be retrieved from the website, the market will resolve based on the “Close” price of the most recent prior 1-day candle available on the site. For the purposes of resolution, all values will be rounded to six decimal places using standard rounding rules. If the website is unavailable for 72 hours after the scheduled resolution time, the market will resolve to “NO”, regardless of the reason.

Prediction market odds reflect aggregated trader conviction about which asset will outperform week-to-week. Unlike spot prices, which show current valuations, odds here encode forward-looking expectations. If Bitcoin traders are more bullish on near-term gains, the odds will shift toward Bitcoin; conversely, gold strength or macro uncertainty may push odds toward gold. These odds often diverge from analyst forecasts because they represent real money at stake, making them a distinct signal of market-implied probability.
On Limitless, traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome, with the share price directly reflecting the probability of that outcome occurring. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders back Bitcoin, its share price rises and gold's falls, and vice versa. The platform's automated market maker or order-book mechanism ensures continuous pricing. Traders profit by correctly predicting which asset will deliver the higher weekly percentage gain, with payouts tied to the final verified outcome.
This market resolves around Jun 29, 2026, at which point the weekly percentage gains for both Bitcoin and gold are calculated and compared. The outcome is determined by verified price data from credible public sources, confirming which asset achieved the higher gain over the specified week. Once the data is finalized and the winner is clear, payouts are distributed to traders who backed the correct outcome. The resolution is objective and based on widely available market data.
Major catalysts include Federal Reserve policy announcements, inflation data, and geopolitical developments that typically boost gold demand. Bitcoin can surge on institutional adoption news, regulatory clarity, or macroeconomic shifts favoring risk assets. Weekly earnings reports, employment figures, and central bank communications often trigger sharp moves in both markets. Crypto-specific events like network upgrades or exchange listings may accelerate Bitcoin, while gold typically responds to real rates and dollar strength. Traders monitor these signals closely to adjust positions before resolution.
