On Limitless, this market is priced through continuous order-book trading, where buyers and sellers set the odds by placing bids and asks. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform converts these trades into implied probabilities for each outcome—BTC Up or Down. As new trades flow in, prices adjust in real time, reflecting updated consensus. Liquidity and trading volume directly influence how tightly odds are quoted and how quickly large trades move the market.
This market resolves around Jun 29, 2026, at which point the outcome is confirmed once the weekly Bitcoin price movement is verifiable from credible public sources. The resolution hinges on whether BTC's closing price for the week is higher or lower than its opening price at the start of the period. No ambiguity exists in the measurement itself—it is a binary comparison of two objective data points. Traders should monitor the final hours before settlement to ensure their positions reflect their conviction.
Major catalysts for Bitcoin price swings include Federal Reserve policy announcements, inflation data releases, and macroeconomic sentiment shifts. Regulatory news—whether positive or restrictive—can trigger sharp directional moves. On-chain metrics like exchange inflows and whale wallet activity may signal accumulation or distribution pressure. Technical levels and support/resistance zones also matter; a break above or below key price points often accelerates momentum. Geopolitical events and traditional market volatility can spill over into crypto, making this a sensitive barometer of broader risk appetite.
