This event tracks Bitcoin's price performance at a specific future moment, using a specialized index to determine the outcome. The resolution depends on where the price falls within predefined ranges at the exact closing time.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on September 9, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range: if the average falls within that range, the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. The official price is determined by collecting 60 BRTI prices during the final minute before expiration and averaging them. While external sources like Google or Coinbase may offer guidance, they are not authoritative for resolution purposes. All markets share these core mechanics, with outcomes determined exclusively by whether the calculated average fits within each defined numerical band.
