Description

This event tracks Bitcoin's price performance at a specific future timestamp, using a standardized index to determine outcomes across multiple predefined price bands. The resolution depends solely on where the price falls within these ranges at the exact moment specified.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on September 15, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range: if the average falls within that range, the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. The official price is determined by collecting 60 RTI prices during the final minute before expiration and averaging them. This methodology ensures consistency across all markets, with each outcome strictly dependent on the calculated average relative to its defined threshold.
