Price data exclusivity is emphasized, as the official value strictly uses CF Benchmarks' BRTI—averaging 60 samples in the final minute—rather than consumer-facing sources like Google or Coinbase. The ranges progress incrementally from $54,249.99 or below up to $73,750 or above, ensuring mutually exclusive outcomes where only one range can match the final computed average.
