Description

This event tracks Bitcoin's price at a specific future moment, using a standardized benchmark to determine the outcome. The price will be measured precisely at 5 PM EDT on July 23, 2026, using a defined calculation method to ensure consistency.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on July 23, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range, with one market resolving if the average price is $55,749.99 or below, and another if it is $75,250 or above. All other markets resolve if the average falls within their respective bounded ranges. The official price is determined by collecting 60 RTI prices during the final minute before expiration and averaging them. Participants should note that while public sources like Google or Coinbase may offer guidance, they do not define the official outcome—only the CF Benchmarks BRTI does.
