This event tracks Bitcoin's price performance at a specific future timestamp, using a standardized benchmark index to determine the outcome. The resolution depends on whether the price falls within predefined ranges at the exact moment specified.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 9, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range, and the market resolves to 'Yes' if the calculated average falls within that range. The official price is derived from averaging 60 RTI prices collected in the final minute before expiration. All markets share this core mechanism, with outcomes determined exclusively by whether the measured average fits within the respective price band defined for each market.
