The event tracks Bitcoin's price at a specific future moment, using a standardized index to determine the outcome. It divides possible price outcomes into narrow, consecutive ranges to offer detailed market insights.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 8, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range, and the official price is determined by averaging 60 RTI prices collected in the final minute before expiration. Ranges run consecutively from below $54,749.99 up to above $74,249.99, with every market resolving to 'Yes' if the average falls within its defined bounds. All markets share the same data source and calculation methodology, ensuring consistent evaluation across all price brackets.
