Description

This event tracks Bitcoin's price performance at a specific future moment, using a specialized index to determine the outcome. The resolution depends on where the price falls within predefined ranges at an exact time and date.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 3, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range: if the average price falls within that range, the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. The official price is determined by collecting 60 RTI prices during the final minute before expiration and averaging them. While public sources like Google or Coinbase may indicate similar trends, they are not used for resolution—only the CF Benchmarks BRTI is authoritative. Each numbered market defines its unique price boundary, with the final market resolving to Yes if the price exceeds the highest listed threshold.
