Description

This event tracks Bitcoin's price performance at a specific future moment, using a trusted benchmark index to determine the outcome. The resolution depends on whether the price falls within any of several defined ranges at the exact closing time.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 29, 2026. Each market corresponds to a specific price range, and the official price is determined by averaging the BRTI values collected in the final minute before expiration. If the calculated average falls within a market's defined range, that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. All markets use the same data source and methodology, ensuring consistent evaluation across all price brackets.
