Description

This event tracks Bitcoin's price performance at a specific future timestamp, using a standardized benchmark to determine the outcome. The resolution depends on whether the price falls within predefined ranges at the exact moment of evaluation.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 22, 2026. Each numbered market corresponds to a specific price range, and the market resolves to 'Yes' if the average price falls within that range. Price data from sources like Google or Coinbase may differ, and the official value is strictly determined by CF Benchmarks' BRTI. At the minute before expiration, 60 BRTI prices are collected, averaged, and compared against the defined thresholds to determine the resolving market.
