This event tracks Bitcoin's price performance at a specific future timestamp, using a standardized index to determine the outcome. The resolution depends on where the price falls within predefined ranges at the exact moment of evaluation.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the simple average of the sixty seconds of CF Benchmarks' Bitcoin Real-Time Index (BRTI) immediately before 5 PM EDT on August 17, 2026. Each numbered market corresponds to a specific price range, and the market resolves to 'Yes' if the calculated average falls within that range. The official price is determined by collecting 60 BRTI prices during the final minute before expiration and averaging them. It is important to note that prices from sources like Google or Coinbase may differ from the official BRTI value used for resolution.
