Each outcome corresponds to a specific price threshold, with outcomes resolving Yes if the average price exceeds the threshold specified in that outcome's rule. The official price is calculated by averaging all sixty RTI prices collected during the final minute before expiration, rather than relying on external sources like Google or Coinbase.
