Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the closing price of a one-minute candlestick for Brent crude oil at 5:00 PM EDT on September 16, 2026. The closing price is defined as the price at the end of the immediately preceding one-minute interval, meaning the candlestick timestamped 4:59 PM reflects trading from 4:59:00 PM to 4:59:59 PM and closes at 5:00:00 PM. Settlement values are rounded to the nearest two decimal places. If no data is published by the specified source agency for the exact time, the most recently available published data will be used to determine the resolution. Each individual market resolves to 'Yes' if the closing price meets or exceeds its specified threshold, otherwise it resolves to 'No.'
