This market will resolve to "Up" if the BNB price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than or equal to the price at the beginning of that range. Otherwise, it will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Chainlink, specifically the BNB/USD data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/bnb-usd. Please note that this market is about the price according to Chainlink data stream BNB/USD, not according to other sources or spot markets.
On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary outcome contract where traders buy and sell shares representing either an up or down move for BNB during the May 31st 8:00PM–12:00AM ET window. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the collective assessment of all active traders on the platform, with prices fluctuating as new information emerges or as large positions are entered. Share prices range from 0 to 1, where higher prices indicate stronger market belief in that outcome. Liquidity and trading volume on Polymarket determine how easily traders can enter or exit positions without significant slippage.
The market resolves on Jun 1, 2026, after the 4-hour trading window closes at 12:00AM ET on June 1st. Resolution is determined by comparing BNB's price at the end of the window against its price at the start of the window on May 31st at 8:00PM ET. If BNB closes higher, the Up outcome wins; if it closes lower, the Down outcome wins. The specific settlement price is sourced from a designated reference exchange to ensure objectivity and prevent manipulation.
BNB's price during this 4-hour window could be influenced by Binance platform announcements, regulatory developments affecting major exchanges, Bitcoin or Ethereum volatility that spills into altcoins, macroeconomic data releases, or crypto-specific news such as exchange hacks or token burns. Technical levels and support/resistance zones may also trigger algorithmic trading. Geopolitical events or central bank statements during the window could shift risk appetite. Additionally, large liquidations on leveraged trading platforms or sudden shifts in stablecoin premiums can accelerate BNB moves. Traders monitoring these catalysts often adjust their positions ahead of the May 31st window.
