Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the BNB/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BNB_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance BNB/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket represent the aggregated belief of traders about BNB's price direction by May 31, 1AM ET. These odds often diverge from current spot prices because they incorporate forward-looking sentiment, upcoming catalysts, and risk premiums. Comparing the market's implied probability to analyst forecasts or technical analysis can reveal whether traders are pricing in bullish or bearish bias. Spot price alone does not capture directional expectations; the prediction market odds quantify the collective confidence in each outcome among active traders.
The BNB Up or Down - May 31, 1AM ET market resolves at May 31, 2026. At that time, the outcome is determined by comparing BNB's price to a pre-specified reference level. Traders who correctly predicted the direction receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. The resolution process is automated and final once the reference price is confirmed. All open positions close at resolution, and no further trading occurs on this event.
BNB price direction by May 31, 1AM ET could be influenced by Binance platform developments, regulatory announcements affecting crypto exchanges, broader Bitcoin or Ethereum momentum, macroeconomic data, and shifts in institutional or retail trading volume. Technical levels and support or resistance zones may trigger algorithmic trading. Major news about the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem, token burns, or competitive pressures from other exchanges could also sway sentiment. Geopolitical events and central bank policy decisions affecting risk appetite may indirectly impact BNB alongside the broader crypto market.
