This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the BNB/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the BNB/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BNB_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance BNB/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, the BNB Up or Down - May 30, 6PM ET event is priced as a binary contract where traders buy or sell shares representing each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the cumulative trading activity and liquidity depth for both sides. Prices move in real time as new orders flow in; higher demand for one outcome pushes its price up and probability higher. Polymarket uses an automated market maker model, so spreads and slippage vary with order size and market depth.
The market resolves at May 30, 2026. Resolution is determined by BNB's price direction at the specified time on May 30, 6PM ET. The outcome is binary: either BNB trades up or down relative to a reference price established at market creation. Once the resolution time passes, the market settles based on verified price data, and winning shares are redeemed at full value while losing shares expire worthless. Traders should monitor the exact reference price and data source before the deadline.
BNB price action before May 30, 2026 may be driven by Binance ecosystem news, regulatory announcements, Bitcoin or Ethereum volatility, and broader crypto market sentiment. Staking or tokenomics updates, exchange listing changes, or macroeconomic events affecting risk appetite can shift trader expectations. Technical levels and options expiry on major exchanges may also influence short-term momentum. On-chain metrics like exchange inflows and whale transactions provide real-time signals. Monitoring these catalysts helps traders adjust positions as new information emerges closer to the resolution time.
