This market will resolve to "Up" if the BNB price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than or equal to the price at the beginning of that range. Otherwise, it will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Chainlink, specifically the BNB/USD data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/bnb-usd. Please note that this market is about the price according to Chainlink data stream BNB/USD, not according to other sources or spot markets.
Prediction market odds reflect aggregated trader expectations about BNB's price direction during the specified four-hour window. Unlike spot prices, which fluctuate continuously on exchanges, these odds represent a consensus probability baked into market prices. Comparing the implied odds to analyst forecasts or historical volatility patterns for BNB during similar timeframes can reveal whether the market is pricing in elevated or subdued price movement expectations for that specific June 5 window.
On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary contract where traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the market's probability estimate, ranging from near zero to near one dollar. As traders place orders, prices adjust in real time, and the current spread between bid and ask prices shows market liquidity and conviction. Volume and open interest indicate how actively traders are positioning ahead of the June 5 resolution window.
The market resolves at Jun 5, 2026. The outcome is determined by whether BNB's price moves up or down during the specified four-hour window on June 5, 12:00AM–4:00AM ET. Resolution is based on the price data recorded at the start and end of that window, with the direction of net change determining which outcome is correct. Once the window closes, the market settles and traders receive payouts based on their positions.
BNB price action during June 5, 12:00AM–4:00AM ET could be influenced by broader crypto market sentiment, Bitcoin movements, regulatory announcements, or Binance-specific news. Macroeconomic data releases or Federal Reserve communications during that window may also trigger volatility. Additionally, large liquidations, options expiry events, or shifts in DeFi activity on the BNB Chain could create directional pressure. Traders monitor these catalysts to adjust their market positions ahead of and during the event window.
