This market will resolve to "Up" if the BNB price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than or equal to the price at the beginning of that range. Otherwise, it will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Chainlink, specifically the BNB/USD data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/bnb-usd. Please note that this market is about the price according to Chainlink data stream BNB/USD, not according to other sources or spot markets.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect traders' collective belief about BNB's direction during the June 4 window, which may differ from current spot price momentum or analyst forecasts. While spot markets price BNB continuously based on supply and demand, this event market isolates a specific four-hour period and incorporates longer-term positioning by traders betting on directional moves. Comparing the implied probability here to technical analysis or sentiment surveys can reveal whether prediction market participants are more or less bullish than the broader market consensus at any given moment.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary outcome contract where traders buy and sell shares representing either an up or down move for BNB during the June 4, 12:00AM–4:00AM ET window. The price of each outcome share reflects the market's probability estimate, with shares trading between 0 and 1 (or 0–100 cents). As new information emerges or traders adjust their conviction, the price adjusts in real time. Higher trading volume typically narrows spreads and improves price discovery for both outcomes.
The market resolves at Jun 4, 2026. Resolution is determined by comparing BNB's price at the start of the June 4, 12:00AM ET window to its price at 4:00AM ET. If BNB closes higher at 4:00AM than it opened at 12:00AM, the up outcome resolves to yes; if it closes lower or flat, the down outcome resolves to yes. The specific price source and any tie-breaking rules are defined in the market's terms, ensuring a clear, objective settlement based on actual price movement during the designated four-hour period.
BNB's price during this June 4 window could be influenced by major crypto market moves, regulatory announcements affecting Binance or the broader ecosystem, Bitcoin or Ethereum volatility, macroeconomic data releases, or shifts in on-chain activity. Late-night trading in Asia or early US market opens often see increased volatility. Unexpected news about BNB's utility, staking rewards, or exchange developments could also drive sharp moves. Traders should monitor social sentiment, technical levels, and broader market risk appetite leading up to the event window to anticipate directional pressure.
