This market will resolve to "Up" if the close price is greater than or equal to the open price for the BNB/USDT 1 hour candle that begins on the time and date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Binance, specifically the BNB/USDT pair (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BNB_USDT). The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance BNB/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, BNB Up or Down - June 2, 2PM ET is priced as a binary contract where traders buy or sell shares representing each outcome. The current price of each outcome reflects the cumulative bets placed; higher prices indicate stronger conviction that outcome will occur. As new information emerges—regulatory announcements, BNB ecosystem updates, or broader crypto market moves—traders adjust positions, causing the price to shift. The market price at any moment represents the aggregated belief of all active traders on that platform.
The market resolves on Jun 2, 2026. At that moment, the outcome is determined by whether BNB's price meets the specified threshold. Once the resolution criteria are met, the winning outcome is confirmed and traders holding shares in the correct outcome receive their payout. Until resolution, both outcomes remain tradable, allowing participants to adjust positions or hedge exposure based on new developments.
BNB price action leading up to June 2, 2PM ET could be influenced by Binance announcements, token burns, regulatory developments affecting the exchange, broader crypto market rallies or selloffs, Bitcoin and Ethereum momentum, macroeconomic data, and major DeFi or NFT ecosystem news. Technical levels, support and resistance zones, and options expiry dates may also trigger volatility. On-chain metrics such as exchange inflows and whale transactions can signal accumulation or distribution, potentially moving prediction market odds as traders reassess directional conviction.
