Prediction market odds reflect aggregate trader conviction about Bitcoin's direction and often diverge from spot price alone. While spot exchanges show current price, this market captures forward-looking sentiment—what informed traders expect to happen by resolution. If odds are heavily skewed toward one outcome, it signals strong consensus; if they're balanced, the crowd sees genuine uncertainty. Comparing these odds to analyst forecasts or on-chain signals can reveal whether the market is pricing in known catalysts or overlooking emerging risks.
On Predict, traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome, with prices ranging from 0 to 100 cents. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the collective valuation of all open positions; as new trades arrive, prices adjust in real time. Higher prices indicate stronger belief in that outcome. You profit by buying low and selling high, or by holding until resolution. The continuous order book ensures liquidity and transparent price discovery throughout the market's lifetime.
This market resolves around Jun 21, 2026, at which point the outcome is confirmed and all positions settle. The result will be verified against credible public sources to determine whether Bitcoin's price moved in the predicted direction. Once the event is verifiable and the outcome is official, traders receive their payouts based on the accuracy of their positions. Until that moment, you can continue trading, adjusting your exposure as new information emerges.
Major catalysts include Federal Reserve policy announcements, macroeconomic data releases, and regulatory developments affecting cryptocurrency. Geopolitical events, corporate Bitcoin adoption news, and shifts in institutional sentiment can also drive sharp repricing. On-chain metrics such as large whale transactions or exchange inflows may signal insider conviction. Technical breakouts or breakdowns near key support and resistance levels often trigger momentum trades. Monitoring financial news, regulatory filings, and social sentiment helps you anticipate moves before they're fully priced in.
