This market will resolve to "Up" if the Bitcoin price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than or equal to the price at the beginning of that range. Otherwise, it will resolve to "Down". The resolution source for this market is information from Chainlink, specifically the BTC/USD data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/btc-usd. Please note that this market is about the price according to Chainlink data stream BTC/USD, not according to other sources or spot markets.
The Bitcoin Up or Down - June 8, 8:00AM-12:00PM ET market resolves on Jun 8, 2026. The outcome is determined by Bitcoin's price movement during the specified four-hour window on June 8, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET. The market will settle based on whether Bitcoin closes higher or lower at the end of that period compared to its opening price at 8:00 AM ET. Resolution occurs shortly after the window closes, once the final price data is confirmed and the market settles all winning and losing positions.
Several catalysts could influence Bitcoin's direction during the June 8 window. Macroeconomic data releases, Federal Reserve communications, or major cryptocurrency news could drive intraday volatility. Regulatory announcements, significant institutional trades, or shifts in risk sentiment across equities and commodities may trigger directional moves. Technical levels and support or resistance zones established in prior trading sessions often guide short-term price action. Additionally, broader market events such as geopolitical developments or changes in inflation expectations could affect Bitcoin's four-hour performance. Traders monitor these signals closely to adjust positions ahead of the resolution window.
