On Predict, this market is priced through continuous order-book trading, where buyers and sellers set the odds by placing limit and market orders. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price reflects the last executed trade and the spread between the best bid and ask. As new information emerges—regulatory news, macroeconomic data, or Bitcoin-specific developments—traders adjust their positions, moving the price up or down to reflect changing expectations about the outcome.
This market resolves around Jun 23, 2026, at which point the outcome is confirmed based on Bitcoin's price movement verified against credible public sources. The specific direction—up or down—will be determined by comparing the spot price at the resolution time to the reference level established at market creation. Once the event is verifiable and the outcome is official, all positions settle according to the result.
Major catalysts for this market include Federal Reserve policy announcements, inflation data, and geopolitical developments that typically drive risk-on or risk-off sentiment. Bitcoin-specific events such as regulatory rulings, exchange inflows or outflows, and network upgrades can also shift trader positioning. Broader equity market moves, dollar strength, and macroeconomic surprises will likely influence conviction levels. Watch for on-chain metrics, institutional adoption news, and any significant technical level breaks that could trigger momentum shifts before the June 23 deadline.
