The close « C » and open « O » displayed at the top of the graph for the relevant "1H" candle will be used once the data for that candle is finalized. Please note that this market is about the price according to Binance BTC/USDT, not according to other exchanges or trading pairs.

Frequently asked questions

The PredictionHero dashboard for this event tracks real-time odds and trading activity on Polymarket, where traders wager on whether Bitcoin's price will move up or down by the June 2 deadline at 12PM ET. You can monitor the current implied probability for each outcome, view 24-hour volume at $78,865, and observe how odds shift as new trades execute. The dashboard updates continuously to reflect market sentiment and liquidity, giving you a live snapshot of how prediction market participants are positioning themselves on Bitcoin's near-term direction.

Prediction market odds on Polymarket reflect traders' collective belief about Bitcoin's price movement, which may diverge from spot price technical analysis or analyst forecasts. While spot price expectations rely on chart patterns and historical volatility, prediction markets incorporate real-money incentives and forward-looking sentiment. Comparing Polymarket odds to consensus analyst views or on-chain signals can reveal whether the market is pricing in optimism or caution relative to traditional indicators. This comparison helps identify whether prediction traders see catalysts or risks that conventional analysis may have missed.

On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary contract where each outcome—Bitcoin Up or Bitcoin Down—trades as a separate share. The price of each share reflects the implied probability that outcome will occur by Jun 2, 2026. Traders buy and sell shares based on their conviction, and the market price adjusts in real time as new orders flow in. Higher trading volume typically narrows bid-ask spreads and increases price discovery accuracy. You can enter or exit positions at any time before market close, with your profit or loss determined by the final settlement price relative to your entry price.

The market resolves at Jun 2, 2026. Resolution is determined by Bitcoin's price movement relative to a specified reference point at the exact moment of market close. The outcome is binary: either Bitcoin moved in the predicted direction or it did not. Once the resolution timestamp passes, the market locks and payouts are calculated based on which outcome occurred. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome receive their proportional payout, while losing shares expire worthless. The resolution is final and non-negotiable once the market closes.

Bitcoin's price action leading up to June 2 could be influenced by macroeconomic data releases, Federal Reserve communications, regulatory announcements, or major institutional moves. Geopolitical developments, corporate earnings reports mentioning crypto exposure, and shifts in traditional market sentiment can all trigger volatility. On-chain metrics such as large whale transactions or exchange inflows may signal accumulation or distribution pressure. News about Bitcoin adoption, mining difficulty adjustments, or competing cryptocurrencies can also sway trader positioning. Monitoring these catalysts helps prediction market participants anticipate directional moves and adjust their positions accordingly before resolution.
