While spot markets react to immediate news and technical levels, prediction markets embed longer-term conviction and tail-risk pricing. This divergence often highlights where traders see asymmetric opportunity or underappreciated risk.

Major catalysts include Federal Reserve policy decisions, inflation data, and geopolitical developments that shift risk appetite. Bitcoin-specific events such as regulatory announcements, exchange inflows or outflows, and large on-chain transactions can trigger sharp repricing. Macroeconomic shifts—equity market volatility, bond yields, or currency movements—often correlate with Bitcoin directional moves. Technical levels and options expiry dates may also influence price action. Monitoring these signals helps traders anticipate how prediction market odds will evolve as June 6 approaches, creating opportunities to adjust positions based on changing probabilities.
