Description

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the official closing price for Apple Inc. (AAPL) on June 10 is higher than the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the final session is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Apple Inc. (AAPL) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/AAPL/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds on Polymarket often diverge from traditional Wall Street analyst price targets and consensus estimates. While analysts typically issue quarterly or annual forecasts based on fundamental analysis, prediction markets reflect real-time, crowd-sourced expectations updated by traders with financial incentives. For the Apple June 10 event, compare the implied probability on Polymarket against published analyst consensus and technical price targets. Prediction markets frequently incorporate breaking news and sentiment faster than formal analyst revisions, making them a complementary signal to traditional research.

On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this event is priced as a binary outcome contract where traders buy and sell shares representing yes or no positions. The current market price reflects the probability that Apple will close above the specified strike price on June 10. Prices range from $0.00 to $1.00, with higher prices indicating stronger conviction that the outcome will occur. Traders profit by buying low and selling high, or by holding until resolution. Liquidity and trading volume on Polymarket determine how easily you can enter or exit positions at competitive prices.

The Apple (AAPL) closes above ___ on June 10 market resolves on Jun 10, 2026. Resolution is determined by the official closing price of Apple stock on that date. The outcome is binary: if AAPL closes at or above the specified price level, the yes outcome resolves to $1.00 and no resolves to $0.00; if it closes below, the opposite occurs. Resolution typically occurs within hours of market close, once the official price data is confirmed and the contract settles automatically.

Several catalysts could shift the odds for this event before Jun 10, 2026. Earnings announcements, product launches, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic data releases all influence Apple's stock price. Changes in interest rates, tech sector sentiment, and competitive pressures from rivals can trigger sharp moves. Geopolitical events, supply chain disruptions, and guidance revisions also matter. Additionally, broader market corrections or rallies in the S&P 500 often drag Apple with them. Monitor financial news, earnings calendars, and technical support and resistance levels to anticipate potential price swings that could push AAPL above or below the strike price by June 10.
