This market will resolve according to the official closing price for Amazon (AMZN) on the final day of trading of the specified week (normally Friday). If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the final session of the week is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Amazon (AMZN) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/AMZN/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds often diverge from traditional analyst price targets because they aggregate real-money bets from thousands of traders rather than relying on a handful of institutional estimates. Analysts typically publish quarterly or annual targets; this market reflects dynamic, continuous reassessment as earnings reports, macroeconomic data, and company news arrive. When this market's odds move sharply ahead of analyst revisions, it may signal that traders are pricing in information faster than the consensus updates. Comparing the two can reveal where professional forecasters lag behind market sentiment.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker (AMM) pool. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Each price range for AMZN's closing level has its own share token, and the cost to buy or sell reflects the current probability implied by the pool's liquidity and trading activity. As more capital flows into one outcome, its price rises and others fall, creating a self-correcting mechanism. The displayed odds update continuously throughout the trading day, giving you a real-time snapshot of where the market believes Amazon stock will settle.
This market resolves around Jun 19, 2026, once the week of June 15 closes and Amazon's official closing price is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by matching the actual closing price to the correct price range bracket defined in the market. No further trading occurs after the resolution window opens, and payouts are distributed to holders of the winning outcome share. Traders should monitor financial data feeds and official market reports to confirm the settlement price.
Key catalysts include Amazon's earnings announcements, changes to interest rate expectations, broader tech sector momentum, and macroeconomic data releases. Regulatory news—such as antitrust developments or tax policy shifts—can also trigger sharp repricing. Company-specific events like executive changes, major contract wins, or guidance revisions will influence trader conviction. Geopolitical shocks or unexpected supply chain disruptions affecting retail and cloud services may shift sentiment quickly. Watch financial media and earnings calendars closely, as any material news typically moves this market within minutes of publication.
