This market will resolve to "Yes" if the official closing price for Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) on June 25 is higher than the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the final session is shortened (for example, due to a market-holiday schedule), the official closing price published for that shortened session will still be used for resolution. If no official closing price is published for that session (for example, due to a trading halt into the close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting the listed company during the listed time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Yahoo Finance. The target price will be adjusted proportionally to reflect any stock splits. Resolution will be based on the historical price data as shown on Yahoo Finance after any adjustments have been applied. The resolution source for this market is Yahoo Finance, specifically the Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) "Close" prices available at https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/AMZN/history, published under "Historical Prices."

Prediction market odds reflect real-money trader conviction and often diverge meaningfully from consensus analyst price targets. While Wall Street equity research teams publish formal 12-month forecasts, this market concentrates on a single date and price level, creating a different signal. Traders here incorporate earnings surprises, technical levels, and near-term catalysts that analysts may weight differently. Comparing the implied probability in this market to published analyst sentiment can reveal whether the crowd expects upside or downside relative to professional consensus—useful context for investors evaluating risk around the June 25 close.
This market resolves around Jun 25, 2026, once the trading day concludes and the closing price is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome is determined by whether AMZN's official closing price on that date exceeds the specified threshold. Resolution is binary: if the price closes above the level, "Yes" shares pay out; otherwise, "No" shares do. Traders should monitor for any corporate actions, stock splits, or exchange halts that could affect the final settlement price.
Key catalysts include Amazon's quarterly earnings release, management guidance revisions, and announcements affecting cloud, retail, or advertising segments. Broader equity market volatility, Federal Reserve policy shifts, and tech sector rotation can also drive significant repricing. Competitive developments—such as moves by Microsoft, Google, or other cloud providers—may influence investor sentiment toward Amazon's valuation. Additionally, macroeconomic data on consumer spending and inflation could reshape expectations for Amazon's near-term performance. Traders monitoring this market should watch financial news, earnings calendars, and technical support/resistance levels closely as June 25 approaches.
