Description

This market will resolve to "Up" if the Close price for Aerospace & Defense ETF (Pyth ITA/USD) on June 22, 2026, is strictly higher than the Close price for Aerospace & Defense ETF (Pyth ITA/USD) on the most recent prior trading day. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Down". The Close price for Aerospace & Defense ETF (Pyth ITA/USD) captured on June 18, 2026, was $239.48026. Resolution source: Pyth ITA/USD price feed. Other exchanges, spot markets, and oracles will not be used. For example, a Monday market would ordinarily compare Monday's Close price with the previous Friday's Close price, unless that Friday was a market holiday. In that case, it would compare against Thursday's Close price, or the next most recent trading day. If Aerospace & Defense ETF (ITA) does not trade at all during the regular session on June 22, 2026, this market will resolve to "Down". For a standard full trading session, the Close price refers to the "Close" value of the 1-minute Pyth candle corresponding to the final minute of regular trading hours on the primary exchange. If either relevant trading day has no valid Pyth Close value for the 1-minute candle corresponding to the end of regular trading hours on the primary exchange, the last valid Pyth price during that day's regular trading hours will be used as the effective Close price. If no valid Pyth price exists for that trading day due to a system outage, data failure, or other technical disruption, the official closing price published by the primary exchange on which ITA is listed will be used to determine the Close price for that day. In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, or similar corporate action affecting ITA during the relevant time frame, this market will resolve based on split-adjusted prices as displayed on Pyth.

Frequently asked questions

On Limitless, the dashboard for the ITA aerospace ETF daily movement market displays real-time odds on whether the Aerospace & Defense ETF (ITA) will close up or down on any given trading day. Traders can monitor price history, current implied probabilities for each outcome, and 24-hour trading volume to gauge market sentiment. Prediction market odds on this market reflect real-money bets from traders and often diverge from traditional analyst consensus. While equity analysts typically issue longer-term ratings and price targets, this market isolates intraday directional sentiment, capturing crowd conviction about daily volatility in aerospace and defense stocks. On Limitless, traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome—up or down—at prices between 0 and 100 cents. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market price reflects the collective willingness of participants to risk capital on their view of ITA's daily close, with higher prices indicating stronger conviction toward that outcome. Liquidity and order flow determine how quickly prices move, so active trading sessions typically show tighter spreads and faster price discovery than quieter periods.

This market resolves around Jun 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the trading day's close is verifiable from credible public sources. The winning outcome is determined by whether ITA closes higher or lower than its opening price on the specified date. No partial or fractional outcomes apply; the result is binary, and all shares are settled at 100 cents for the correct outcome and zero for the incorrect one.

Earnings announcements from major aerospace and defense contractors, geopolitical developments, defense spending legislation, and macroeconomic data releases can all shift sentiment in this market. Intraday news—such as contract wins, regulatory actions, or shifts in commodity prices—may trigger rapid repricing as traders adjust their daily directional bets. Market-wide volatility spikes, Fed communications, and sector rotation flows also influence how traders position ahead of the close, making this market sensitive to both company-specific and systemic catalysts.
