This group asks whether AT&T (T) will exceed the consensus earnings per share (EPS) estimate in its next quarterly report. The markets rely on non-GAAP EPS as the primary resolution metric, with fallback mechanisms to GAAP EPS and SeekingAlpha data if non-GAAP EPS is unavailable. The estimated earnings release date is October 21, 2026, and the consensus EPS is $0.61.
As of market creation, AT&T is estimated to release earnings on October 21, 2026. The Street consensus estimate for AT&T’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $0.61 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if AT&T reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $0.61 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. If AT&T releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.) If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.” Note: Subsequent restatements, corrections, or revisions made to the initially announced non-GAAP EPS figure will not qualify for resolution, except in the case of obvious and immediate mistakes (e.g., fat finger errors, as with Lyft's (LYFT) earnings release in February 2024). Note: The strike prices used in these markets reflect the selected street consensus estimate for non-GAAP EPS as of market creation. Note: All figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding. Note: For the purposes of this market, IFRS EPS will be treated as GAAP EPS. Note: If multiple versions of non-GAAP EPS are published, the market will resolve according to the primary headline non-GAAP EPS number, which is typically presented on a diluted basis. If diluted is not published, then basic non-GAAP EPS will qualify. Note: All figures are expressed in USD, unless otherwise indicated. Note: For primarily internationally listed companies, this market refers specifically to the shares traded in the United States on U.S. stock exchanges such as the NYSE or Nasdaq. In cases where the company trades in the U.S. through an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) or American Depositary Share (ADS), this market will refer to the ADR/ADS.

Prediction market odds, like those found in this market, often reflect a different type of information than traditional analyst forecasts. Analysts typically base their predictions on financial modeling and company reports, while prediction markets incorporate a wider range of data, including sentiment, news events, and even insider information. This can lead to discrepancies between the two, with this market potentially offering a more accurate, real-time assessment of AT&T’s likely performance. The collective wisdom of traders can sometimes outperform individual expert opinions, providing a unique signal for investors.
Prices for the AT&T earnings market can differ between Polymarket and Limitless due to variations in trading volume, user base, and market-specific rules. Polymarket and Limitless can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts different types of traders with varying risk appetites and information advantages, leading to discrepancies in how they value the same outcome. Additionally, the liquidity and order book dynamics on each platform can influence price discovery. These factors contribute to the observed spread of 33.0 between the two markets, even though they both address the same underlying question about AT&T’s earnings performance.
This market resolves around Oct 21, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on whether AT&T (T) reports quarterly earnings that exceed analysts' expectations, as widely reported by financial news sources. The final price will reflect the accuracy of the collective predictions made by traders on Polymarket and Limitless leading up to that date. This allows for a clear and objective determination of the market’s outcome.
Several signals could significantly impact this market before resolution. Unexpected news regarding AT&T’s subscriber growth, competitive pressures from other telecom companies, or broader macroeconomic factors influencing consumer spending could all shift trader sentiment. Any pre-earnings announcements or revisions to analyst estimates would also likely cause price fluctuations. Furthermore, major shifts in the overall stock market or investor risk appetite could indirectly affect the odds in this market, as investors adjust their positions based on broader economic conditions.
