The sole source for determination is the 'Approve' column value in the 'RCP Average' row of the table titled 'President Trump Job Approval.' The market resolves to Yes if the rating is below 37.9%, exactly 37.9%, exactly 38.0%, exactly 38.1%, exactly 38.2%, exactly 38.3%, exactly 38.4%, exactly 38.5%, or above 38.5%. No other data sources or interpretations are considered for resolution.
