While polls offer another perspective, this market’s price captures real-time betting activity and can diverge from traditional surveys. Traders may react faster to breaking news or shifting campaign dynamics than pollsters can capture, potentially creating gaps between the two. Monitoring both can give a fuller picture of voter sentiment and market expectations as Oct 5, 2026 approaches.

The final tally of votes will determine the winner, and the market will close accordingly, reflecting the officially declared leader of the Quebec National Assembly.
Several key events could shift this market before Oct 5, 2026. Debate performance, economic announcements, or scandals involving major candidates often cause rapid price changes. Polling updates, especially those from reputable firms, can also influence trader sentiment. As the election date nears, voting intention surveys and campaign momentum will be closely watched. Any surprise developments — endorsements, policy shifts, or controversies — may lead to volatility in this market’s odds.
