This market will resolve to "Up" if the SPCX/USDT price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than the price at the beginning of that range. It will resolve to "Down" if the SPCX/USDT price at the end of the time range is lower than the price at the beginning of that range. If the two prices are exactly equal, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is Chainlink, specifically the SPCX/USDT data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/spcx-usdt-markpriceindex-datalink?timeframe=1d&chart=candlestick To verify the final price, use the close price of the 5m candlestick just before the market's end time. For example, for a market running from 1:00 to 1:15 PM ET, use the close price of the 1:10 PM candlestick as the final price. The resolution source uses the index price (field i) from Binance's USDS-Margined Futures Mark Price Stream for All Markets (!markPrice@arr), denominated in the quote currency. This market is based solely on the price reported by the Chainlink SPCX/USDT data stream, not on other sources or futures markets. If Chainlink data is unavailable or otherwise unusable for resolution, the market will resolve based on a consensus of reliable sources. 2026-10-19T17:00:00Z

Currently, prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than traditional analyst forecasts. While analysts frequently publish price targets and ratings based on fundamental and technical analysis, this market represents the collective wisdom of traders who are putting their capital at risk. Discrepancies can arise due to differing interpretations of information, risk tolerance, or the inclusion of non-public information. It's common to see this market anticipate movements before they are reflected in consensus analyst ratings, or to diverge when traders perceive a higher probability of unexpected events.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether the SPCX stock will close higher or lower by Oct 19, 2026. The price of these contracts reflects the probability of that outcome, as perceived by the market participants. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price fluctuates based on supply and demand; increased buying pressure drives the price up, indicating a higher probability of an upward movement, while increased selling pressure drives the price down. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows for a real-time assessment of market expectations.
This market resolves around Oct 19, 2026, with the outcome determined by the closing price of the SPCX stock during the specified time window (1PM-1:15PM ET on October 19th). The resolution will be verified against credible public reporting of the official closing price. Traders will be able to see the final outcome reflected in their portfolio, and payouts will be distributed accordingly based on their positions in the market. The outcome is binary: either the stock closes higher, or it closes lower during that period.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market before Oct 19, 2026. Major economic data releases, such as inflation reports or GDP figures, could influence investor sentiment towards the overall stock market and specifically the SPCX. Unexpected news related to the company itself, like earnings announcements, product launches, or regulatory changes, would also be a key driver. Geopolitical events or shifts in broader market trends could also impact trading activity and the perceived probability of the SPCX stock moving up or down. Any surprise announcements or unforeseen circumstances have the potential to cause volatility.
