This market will resolve to "Up" if the SKHYNIX/USDT price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than the price at the beginning of that range. It will resolve to "Down" if the SKHYNIX/USDT price at the end of the time range is lower than the price at the beginning of that range. If the two prices are exactly equal, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is Chainlink, specifically the SKHYNIX/USDT data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/skhynix-usdt-markpriceindex-datalink The resolution source uses the index price (field i) from Binance's USDS-Margined Futures Mark Price Stream for All Markets (!markPrice@arr), denominated in the quote currency. This market is based solely on the price reported by the Chainlink SKHYNIX/USDT data stream, not on other sources or futures markets. If Chainlink data is unavailable or otherwise unusable for resolution, the market will resolve based on a consensus of reliable sources. 2026-10-30T04:45:00Z

Currently, prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than traditional analyst forecasts. While analysts may rely on financial models and company reports, this market aggregates the wisdom of the crowd, incorporating a wider range of information and potential catalysts. Discrepancies can arise due to differing interpretations of data or the inclusion of factors not typically considered in standard financial analysis. It’s common to see prediction markets react more quickly to news and events than analyst ratings, offering a potentially more dynamic assessment of SK Hynix’s future trajectory.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether the SK Hynix stock will be up or down by the resolution date. The price of these contracts directly reflects the probability of that outcome, as perceived by the market participants. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe the stock will go up, the higher the price of the 'up' contract will climb, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures that the market odds constantly adjust to new information and changing sentiment.
This market resolves around Oct 30, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the resolution will be based on whether the SK Hynix stock price closes higher or lower on October 30th, between 12:45 AM and 1:00 AM Eastern Time, compared to its closing price on the day prior to the market's launch. The final price will be sourced from a reputable financial data provider and used to determine whether the 'up' or 'down' outcome is declared.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market. Major announcements from SK Hynix regarding earnings, new product launches, or changes in leadership would likely have a substantial impact. Broader economic indicators, such as inflation data or interest rate decisions, could also influence the market, as they affect the overall semiconductor industry. Geopolitical events, particularly those impacting global supply chains or trade relations, represent another potential catalyst. Finally, significant news related to key competitors in the memory chip market could shift sentiment and alter the odds.
