This market will resolve to "Up" if the SNDK/USDT price at the end of the time range specified in the title is greater than the price at the beginning of that range. It will resolve to "Down" if the SNDK/USDT price at the end of the time range is lower than the price at the beginning of that range. If the two prices are exactly equal, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is Chainlink, specifically the SNDK/USDT data stream available at https://data.chain.link/streams/sndk-usdt-markpriceindex-datalink?timeframe=1d&chart=candlestick To verify the final price, use the close price of the 5m candlestick just before the market's end time. For example, for a market running from 1:00 to 1:15 PM ET, use the close price of the 1:10 PM candlestick as the final price. The resolution source uses the index price (field i) from Binance's USDS-Margined Futures Mark Price Stream for All Markets (!markPrice@arr), denominated in the quote currency. This market is based solely on the price reported by the Chainlink SNDK/USDT data stream, not on other sources or futures markets. If Chainlink data is unavailable or otherwise unusable for resolution, the market will resolve based on a consensus of reliable sources. 2026-10-22T18:15:00Z

Currently, prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than traditional analyst forecasts. While analysts may rely on financial models and company reports, this market captures the wisdom of the crowd, incorporating a wider range of information and potential catalysts. Discrepancies can arise from differing assumptions about future events or simply from the collective assessment of risk and opportunity. It’s common to see this market react more quickly to news and sentiment shifts than traditional forecasts, providing a potentially leading indicator of future stock performance.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief about whether Sandisk stock will go up or down. The price of these contracts reflects the probability of that outcome, as determined by supply and demand. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe the stock will rise, the higher the price of 'up' contracts will climb, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds are constantly updated based on the latest information and collective intelligence of the participants.
This market resolves around Oct 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the resolution will be based on whether the Sandisk stock price closed higher or lower than its opening price on October 22nd between 2:15 PM and 2:30 PM ET. The final price movement will be verified against reliable financial data sources to determine whether the 'up' or 'down' outcome is declared. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on their predictions.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market before Oct 22, 2026. Unexpected news regarding Sandisk’s financial performance, such as earnings reports or revenue projections, would likely have a substantial impact. Major announcements about new products or partnerships could also shift market sentiment. Broader economic indicators, like interest rate changes or inflation data, could influence investor confidence and affect the stock price. Finally, any significant news related to the semiconductor industry or Sandisk’s competitors could also drive movement in this market.
