Resolves Aug 25, 2027

The Oklahoma Republican gubernatorial runoff will see voters choosing between two candidates. One market tracks how much of the total valid votes one specific candidate receives as a percentage of all votes cast.
The market resolves based on the certified percentage of the popular vote received by Mike Mazzei in the 2026 Oklahoma Republican gubernatorial runoff. If the percentage falls within any of the specified ranges (42% to 100%, 45% to 100%, etc.), the market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. The percentage is calculated as the total votes for Mike Mazzei divided by the total valid votes cast, multiplied by 100 and rounded to the specified decimal places. Resolution depends solely on official, certified results. Write-in votes are included if certified, while invalid, spoiled, or rejected ballots are excluded from both the numerator and denominator. If the election is canceled, postponed beyond the market expiration, or no certified results are available by expiration, the market resolves to No. Recounts that change the certified percentage before expiration will use the most recent certified percentage.

This market resolves around Aug 25, 2027, with the outcome confirmed once the vote percentage is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final result will be based on official tallies from the Oklahoma State Election Board, ensuring an accurate reflection of the election night counts. Traders can track news sources and official updates as the runoff approaches, with this market settling shortly after the polls close and results are certifiably reported.
Debates, endorsements, fundraising announcements, and shifting poll numbers can all influence this market as they alter perceptions of candidate strength. Major news events—such as scandals, policy missteps, or surges in grassroots support—often trigger rapid price adjustments. Trader sentiment may also react to betting patterns and volume spikes ahead of key campaign milestones.
