This market will resolve according to the number of times Elon Musk (@elonmusk), posts on X from November 3 12:00 PM ET to November 10, 2026 12:00 PM ET. For the purposes of this market, only main feed posts, quote posts and reposts will count. Replies will NOT count towards the total - however, replies on the main feed such as https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1786073478711353576 will be counted by the tracker. Deleted posts will count as long as they remain available long enough to be captured by the tracker (~5 minutes). Community reposts which are not counted by the tracker not count toward the total. The resolution source for this market is the 'Post Counter' figure for posts found at https://xtracker.polymarket.com. Individual posts can be viewed by clicking "Export Data". If the tracker does not update correctly in accordance with the rules, X itself may be used as a secondary resolution source.

Currently, prediction market odds offer a distinct perspective compared to traditional polling data on the likely number of tweets from Elon Musk during the specified timeframe. While polls capture stated intentions, this market reflects what individuals are willing to *stake* on the outcome. This difference can be significant, as prediction markets incentivize truthful forecasting, whereas polls can be subject to biases like social desirability. It’s important to note that polls and prediction markets measure different things – opinions versus predictions – and therefore shouldn’t be directly compared as equivalent forecasts.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous double auction, meaning traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief about the number of tweets Elon Musk will send. The price of a contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the collective wisdom of the crowd. The market’s price movements are driven by new information, shifts in sentiment, and trading activity, creating a dynamic and responsive forecast of the event’s outcome.
This market resolves around Nov 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the total number of tweets posted by Elon Musk between November 3 and November 10, 2026, is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official tweet count as publicly available on X (formerly Twitter). The market will determine which outcome – a specific range of tweets – is the most accurate reflection of the actual event. The final price of the winning outcome will be 1.00, while losing outcomes will approach 0.00.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market. Any announcements from Elon Musk regarding his social media usage, or changes to his posting habits, would likely have a substantial impact. Major news events or controversies involving Musk could also influence his activity on X. Furthermore, changes to the platform itself, such as new features or policies, might affect his tweeting behavior. Finally, broader shifts in public sentiment towards Musk, or increased scrutiny of his online presence, could also contribute to price fluctuations in this market.
