Colorado Initiative 110 is a ballot measure scheduled to appear in the statewide general election currently scheduled for November 3, 2026, which would prohibit healthcare professionals from providing surgeries to minors for the purpose of altering biological sex characteristics and prohibit state and federal funding from being used for these procedures. This market will resolve to “Yes” if this ballot measure is approved as a result of the Colorado statewide general election currently scheduled for November 3, 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” If voting on the specified ballot measure does not occur, or the results thereof are not known definitively, by March 31, 2027, this market will resolve to “No”. Subsequent litigation or any failure to implement the measure will have no impact on the resolution of this market. This market will resolve based on a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official information from the State of Colorado, including the Colorado Secretary of State (https://www.sos.state.co.us/).

Currently, this market shows a strong lean toward the measure passing, with the leading outcome priced significantly higher than the alternative. That level of confidence — around 61.0% — suggests traders see the ban as more likely than polls might indicate for similar ballot questions. If public opinion shifts, especially among key voter groups, we could see rapid re-pricing in this market.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders actively set the odds through buying and selling contracts that represent either outcome. The current pricing reflects collective expectations about Colorado voters’ stance on banning transgender surgeries for minors, with the top outcome holding roughly 61.0% of the market’s probability weight. Volume of $1,495 shows strong engagement from users betting on this political issue.
This market resolves around Nov 4, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the ballot measure’s final result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will depend on official vote tallies after the election, and any post-election challenges or certifications could briefly delay confirmation, but the market will close based on the ultimately certified result.
Key events such as polling updates, candidate or advocacy group messaging, and media coverage of voter concerns could shift this market. Major developments — for example, endorsements from prominent figures, controversies surrounding the measure, or changes in state legislation affecting the ballot — may cause rapid price swings. Traders will also watch for any organized campaigns or protests influencing voter sentiment leading up to Nov 4, 2026.
