On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous double auction. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in whether a particular show will be the top US Netflix show. As more people buy shares in a specific outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher probability. Conversely, selling shares lowers the price. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. This dynamic pricing mechanism ensures that the market odds continuously adapt to new information and changing sentiment.
This market resolves around Oct 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the top US Netflix show for the week is verifiable from credible public reporting. The determination will be based on publicly available data regarding viewership numbers and rankings provided by Netflix or trusted third-party data aggregators. The market will settle to 100% for the show that holds the number one position according to these sources, and 0% for all other potential outcomes. This ensures a clear and objective resolution process for this market.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market before Oct 13, 2026. A surprise release of a highly anticipated new series on Netflix could quickly shift probabilities. Unexpected positive or negative reviews from prominent critics can also influence trader sentiment. Major social media trends or viral campaigns surrounding a particular show could also drive increased trading activity. Finally, any official announcements from Netflix regarding viewership data or show renewals could provide valuable information and impact the odds for the top US Netflix show.
