These markets evaluate how many points are scored in the final quarter of a college football game between Utah State and Washington. Each market has a different threshold for the total points scored by both teams combined during the fourth quarter, excluding any overtime periods.
The markets resolve based on the total points scored by both teams in the fourth quarter of the Utah St. vs Washington college football game scheduled for September 12, 2026, excluding overtime. Each market has a specific threshold (ranging from 2.5 to 27.5 points); if the combined fourth-quarter points exceed the threshold, the market resolves to Yes. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, it remains active and resolves based on the official result. If the game does not start within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price. Only points scored during regulation fourth-quarter play count toward resolution.
Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set their lines based on internal models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market allows participants to openly express their beliefs about the likely outcome. If sportsbook odds suggest a high probability of a particular result, you might see a corresponding higher price for that outcome in this market. However, discrepancies can arise based on differing information or perspectives among bettors and market participants.
This market resolves around Sep 12, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the 4th quarter of the Utah State vs Washington game is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official game statistics available from established sports data providers. The contracts will then pay out based on whether the actual total points scored in the 4th quarter fall above or below the threshold defined by the market contracts.
Several factors could influence the price of contracts in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries for either Utah State or Washington would likely cause significant movement. Changes in weather forecasts, particularly if they suggest conditions that favor a high- or low-scoring game, could also impact predictions. Late-breaking news about team strategies or coaching decisions might also shift the market. Finally, general betting trends and large volume trades on Kalshi could create momentum and influence the price of this market.
