On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders set the price through their bets, which determines the implied probability for each outcome. The current leading outcome reflects the collective judgment of participants, with the market adjusting dynamically based on trading volume and any new developments affecting the competitors. This decentralized pricing captures rapid shifts in expectation that centralized books might not reflect as quickly.
This market resolves around Aug 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by the official match conclusion, and the platform will update the market accordingly. No further interpretation is needed beyond confirming the winner from reliable news and event records.
