On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through trader activity, where participants buy and sell shares of possible outcomes. The current probability reflects the balance of buy and sell orders for each outcome. If one outcome gains traction—say, based on team form or recent performances—the odds adjust accordingly. This mechanism allows prices to fluctuate dynamically as new information emerges or as betting patterns shift.
This market resolves around Aug 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final result will be determined by the official match records, showing which team secured the points in the second half of play. Once the match concludes and results are publicly confirmed, the market will close and payouts will be processed based on the verified score.
Several signals could shift this market before it resolves, including key player injuries, tactical changes by coaches, weather conditions on match day, or even early scoring patterns in the first half. Any development that impacts the perceived likelihood of a second-half win for either team can cause traders to adjust their positions, moving the odds. Additionally, broader momentum swings during the live match may also influence market sentiment as it unfolds.
