In the upcoming MLS game between Philadelphia Union and Orlando City SC, scheduled for September 26, 2026 at 7:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Philadelphia Union vs. Orlando City SC match originally scheduled for September 26, 2026 at 7:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to be more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially closer to the event date. This is because prediction markets incentivize participants to express their true beliefs, while sportsbooks may factor in profit margins and biases. However, sportsbooks often offer a wider range of markets and may have more competitive pricing on those offerings. It’s common to see differences in implied probabilities between this market and sportsbooks, particularly in the early stages of trading, as information and opinions evolve. Examining both can provide a more comprehensive view.
This market resolves around Sep 26, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Philadelphia Union versus Orlando City SC match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be determined by the official score reported by the league organizers. The market will settle to 100% probability for the correct exact score and 0% for all other outcomes. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will receive a payout equivalent to their share size, while those holding shares in losing outcomes will forfeit their investment.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either the Union or Orlando City SC would likely cause significant shifts in probabilities. Changes in weather forecasts, particularly if they suggest adverse playing conditions, could also impact the market. Furthermore, updates on team form, tactical approaches, or even pre-match interviews with coaches and players could all contribute to price movements. Unexpected lineup announcements closer to kickoff are also likely to trigger trading activity in this market.
