This market will resolve to "YES" if the combined total number of yellow and red cards received by Netherlands and Algeria (players only) is 4 or higher during regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time only) in the Friendlies match scheduled for June 3, 2026, 18:45 UTC. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO." If the match is canceled after it starts, this market will resolve based on official data recorded up to that point. If the match is canceled entirely before it starts or postponed/rescheduled to a restart date later than August 3, 2026, 23:59 UTC, this market will resolve to "NO."
The market resolves on Jun 4, 2026, following the conclusion of the Netherlands versus Algeria match. Resolution is determined by the total number of yellow and red cards issued to both teams combined during the full 90 minutes plus any added time. The outcome will be YES if 4 or more cards are shown in total, or NO if fewer than 4 cards are distributed. Official match records from the governing football body will serve as the authoritative source for card counts, ensuring a clear and verifiable settlement.
Several factors could shift the market price before Jun 4, 2026. Team news—such as suspensions, injuries to key defenders, or tactical changes—can alter expectations around discipline and defensive aggression. Referee assignment announcements are particularly influential, as different officials have distinct card-distribution patterns. Recent form and head-to-head history between these teams may also influence trader sentiment about likely card volume. Weather conditions, venue atmosphere, and competitive stakes (e.g., knockout stage pressure) can increase physical intensity and card counts. Real-time match events, including early cards or ejections, will drive the most dramatic price movements as traders reassess the probability.
