Description

This market refers to the LoL match between Nongshim Esports Academy and HANJIN BRION Challengers in the LCK Challengers League Rounds 1-2, initially scheduled for April 30 at 1:00AM ET. This market will resolve to "Nongshim Esports Academy" if Nongshim Esports Academy win the match against HANJIN BRION Challengers. This market will resolve to "HANJIN BRION Challengers" if HANJIN BRION Challengers win the match against Nongshim Esports Academy. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both platforms employ identical resolution logic: official gol.gg data as primary source, 7-day deadline, 50-50 for cancellations/forfeits/incomplete games, and game-remake provisions. Scope and thresholds are aligned across all 24 markets.

Primary resolution logic:

gol.gg esports database (https://gol.gg/esports/home); consensus of credible reporting and video evidence if official source does not publish final results within 2 hours after event conclusion.

Core resolution logic:

  • Match must be completed with a winner determined within 7 days of scheduled date (April 30, 2026 at 1:00 AM EDT) to avoid 50-50 resolution.
  • Game-level markets (objectives, multi-kills, kill parity) resolve based on in-game statistics recorded in the completed game; executions do not count as kills.
  • Series-level markets (match winner, game count, handicap) count all games including those won by forfeit, disqualification, or walkover, provided the match is completed.
  • If a game is not completed for any reason (surrender, technical issue, etc.), game-level markets resolve based on statistics prior to stoppage; if condition not met, resolve to No. Series-level markets resolve 50-50 if match is incomplete.
  • If Game 2 or Game 3 is not played because the series is already clinched (e.g., team wins 2-0), all markets for that game resolve 50-50.
  • If a game is remade, resolution is based on the remade game only.
  • Team name discrepancies (abbreviations, sponsor tags, regional identifiers, minor formatting) are resolved to the underlying real-world team if unambiguous; if ambiguous or no reasonable connection, resolve 50-50.

Edge cases & Clarifications:

  • Series Clinch Before Game 3: If one team wins 2-0, Game 3 is not played. All Game 3 markets resolve 50-50 per both platforms' explicit language.
  • Game Surrender Mid-Play: If a game surrenders before completion, game-level markets resolve based on statistics prior to surrender. If the condition (e.g., both teams slay a dragon) was not met before stoppage, resolve to No.
  • Match Cancellation or 7-Day Delay: If the match is canceled entirely or delayed beyond 7 days from April 30, 2026 without play beginning, all markets resolve 50-50.
  • Forfeit/Disqualification/Walkover: If a team forfeits before the match starts, series-level markets resolve 50-50. If a forfeit occurs mid-series (e.g., after Game 1), the series is complete and resolves to the winning team. Game-level markets for unplayed games resolve 50-50.
  • Odd/Even Total Kills with Zero Kills: If no kills are recorded in a game, the Odd/Even Total Kills market resolves 50-50.

Timing:

Resolution occurs within 2 hours after the match concludes (all games played and winner determined). If gol.gg does not publish by then, credible consensus sources are used. Markets must resolve by the end of the calendar day following the event date (May 1, 2026 by 11:59 PM EDT) to avoid extended ambiguity.
